Join Bodylab as a Key Account Manager – Shape the Future of Our Growth!
As a Key Account Manager (Norway, Sweden & Export), you will play a key role in supporting Bodylab’s Key Account Management team in driving further growth and strengthening our position in the Nordic and European retail and fitness markets.
You will report to the CEO and Head of Key Account Management, working closely with the team to ensure Bodylab’s continued expansion and enhance the company’s market position in the relevant markets. In Norway, the Key Account Manager will be based alongside the CEO and central administration, while the rest of the Bodylab team is located in Denmark.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for all customers outside Denmark and for developing new business opportunities. Additionally, you will serve as a key advisor to our logistics, marketing, and purchasing departments. As a Key Account Manager, you will represent the sales department both externally and internally.
You will hold a central position in the company and, beyond the mentioned responsibilities, contribute to developing effective and structured processes for Bodylab’s entire B2B sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily follow ups of the customer portfolio.
- Build close relationships with key customers
- Ensure achievement of budget/P&L targets for your own customer portfolio.
- Commercial responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, assortment/listings, campaign planning, and annual planning—all with a strong focus on customer needs.
- Establish and develop close relationships with your customers to ensure mutually profitable collaboration.
- Conduct performance-related analyses for both internal and external use.
- Lead annual negotiations with your assigned customers.
- Expand existing customer portfolio with new leads and open new markets/channels.
- Contribute to optimizing Bodylab’s internal sales processes across departments.
You will be successful when you:
- Gain comprehensive insight into your customer portfolio and understand how to drive its growth.
- Ensure increased distribution of Bodylab’s products in channels such as Fitness, Grocery, Convenience and others, through structured, relationship-based sales. You should love to sell and be a people person.
- Contribute constructively to ensure that the B2B department meets its budget targets.

We are looking for an engaged and results-driven person with strong initiative and determination. You work independently and professionally while combining strategic thinking with clear and goal-oriented actions. Your proactive and analytical approach enables you to develop existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and create long-term commercial value. You have solid business and financial acumen and the ability to structure, plan, and implement initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
We envision that you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably also with a commercial education background. Experience in the retail industry is an advantage, and you have strong IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
