Do you want to work with products leading the digitalization efforts in the offshore energy and maritime industry? Jefferson Wells is looking for a Project Engineer for our client, a company at the forefront of technology and innovation. In this role, you will contribute to building next-generation digital solutions to support an extensive product portfolio for and together with clients.
You will be part of the Advanced Marine Operations department, working on projects from early planning and design to offshore installation and operational support. The role involves system engineering, hardware deliveries, and working closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality solutions. If you have a technical mindset and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- System engineering and design of technical solutions
- Configuration and setup of sensor and computer systems
- Create detailed engineering documentation to ensure successful project delivery
- Follow-up with suppliers and participate in supplier testing
Background and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Cybernetics Engineering
- Practical experience and interest in hands-on design, assembly, and test work
- Experience with electronics and data communication
- Experience with mechanical manufacturing and design
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
