About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Completion Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of commissioning and completions activities, ensuring seamless project execution in the oil and gas sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop boundary drawings in accordance with defined Comm./MC structure.
• Establish and write operations and commissioning procedures in compliance with customer requirements and Scope of Work (SOW).
• Develop and write multi-discipline system testing procedures.
• Execute commissioning activities onshore and offshore.
• Establish and maintain the completions structure for projects.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at vendor locations.
• Prepare handover dossiers and facilitate project handovers to the client.
• Lead the completions and commissioning delivery during project execution.
• Develop project execution models for completions.
• Take an active role in employee competence development.
• Contribute to the preparation of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) reports and proposals.
• Plan, report, and maintain the project completion schedule.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MSc/BSc in a relevant discipline (experience may compensate for lack of formal education).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in completions within the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within completions and commissioning.
• Extensive experience with PIMS, ProCoSys, Smart Completions, or equivalent completion tools.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to work with stakeholders effectively.
