Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute procurement activities for projects, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, on-time deliveries, and proactive risk mitigation within the supply chain.
• Oversee that all purchases align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and supplier agreements while optimizing costs and operational efficiency.
• Provide procurement expertise to the tender team, delivering precise cost estimates, lead-time assessments, and supplier evaluations.
• Ensure accurate procurement documentation, system records, and transparent reporting for effective decision-making and compliance.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.
• Lead supplier qualification and evaluation processes, ensuring high-performance vendors and strengthening supply chain resilience. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of purchasing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Independent and resourceful, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and find effective solutions.
• A detail-oriented approach, ensuring clear oversight and efficient task management.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
