As our Marketing Assistant, you'll transform creative concepts into high-quality digital assets. Your role focuses on rapid learning and agile production—taking on new platforms with ease and ensuring all creative outputs are visually engaging and delivered fast. You'll work closely with our creative and content teams, playing a critical part in executing our campaign vision across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Agility: Quickly learn and master new digital tools and platforms to produce, optimize, and adapt creative assets across channels (web, email, social media, etc.).
• Creative Production: Use design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually compelling content that aligns with our creative vision.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Multi-Channel Execution: Adapt and format creative materials for different marketing channels, ensuring consistency and high impact.
• Rapid Turnaround: Execute tasks swiftly and efficiently while maintaining high quality—tackle challenges with a “get it done” attitude.
• Collaboration: Work with creative and content teams to translate campaign ideas into practical assets; incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on design trends, video editing techniques, and new digital tools, continuously improving your skills and processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma with relevant coursework or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, or related fields.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic to intermediate skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar); familiarity with digital content creation is essential.
• Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new platforms and tools.
• Visual Sensibility: Strong eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to produce content that’s both visually appealing and on-brand.
