Senior Document Controller

Worley Rosenberg is part of the global Worley Corporation, and a leader in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) with a dedicated team of 4000 people.

Today, our team is actively advancing sustainable projects, including offshore wind, carbon capture, and renewable infrastructure, to shape the future of energy.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join our team, specializing in EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in document control applications and electronic distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee document registration, distribution, and quality control, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain and update internal and external project databases.
• Coordinate DFO (Documentation for Operations) / LCI (Life Cycle Information) management.
• Provide training and user support for document management systems, processes, and LCI requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum five years of information management experience within the NCS oil and gas industry.
• Strong proficiency in document control systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of engineering workflows in EPC projects.
• Proven team leadership skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Thrives in a dynamic, team-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of managing both individual tasks and team responsibilities effectively.
