The role requires a broad understanding of the HR function and the challenges and opportunities of a scaling energy company.
The role can be based in either Stavanger or Oslo, depending on the candidate's location, as we have offices in both locations.
You will work closely with SVP Human Resources, and the role will be involved in:

- Talent acquisition: Work alongside recruitment partners to attract top talent, drive retention efforts, and collaborate with the communications team to strengthen our employer brand
- Talent management & development: Facilitate initiatives in talent management, including succession planning, performance and OKR reviews, and development programs
- Digital initiatives: Contribute to developing the HR digital roadmap, leveraging current and future tools and systems to automate HR processes and enhance the employee/manager experience
- Change & organisation: Support organisational changes by advising on the people impact of business changes, and assisting with organisational review and design.
- Diversity, equity & inclusion: Drive DEI initiatives and implement measures that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving abilities and a curious, solution-focused mindset. We value individuals who have a creative and new way of thinking. A strong operational HR background with the ability to implement HR solutions effectively is essential.
A proven ability to build relationships, inspire action, and drive meaningful change is an asset. You should also be able to balance high-level strategic initiatives with precise execution of operational tasks, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR programs and services.
We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. We strive for a balanced composition of gender, age, and diverse cultural and experiential backgrounds among our employees. A diverse team brings a variety of perspectives, contributing to our innovation and success.

We are looking for candidates with a BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideally, you have around 5 years of experience in HR-related roles. Knowledge of Norwegian employment law is required. Experience from working with/for UK or within a global environment is a benefit.
Do not let a few unmet requirements hold you back from applying! If you have a unique background and believe you can make a valuable contribution to our team, we would like to hear what you can bring to the table.
