Digital Architect

At Flokk, digital platforms are becoming essential enablers for commercial growth and operational efficiency. As a Digital Architect, you will be part of our digital team within Marketing & Digital, working at our headquarters in Oslo. In this role, you will working closely with Sales, IT, Customer service, and other key stakeholders, acting as the hub connecting different parts of the organization. You will report to the Head of Digital and will take on a significant informal leadership role in getting things done in our matrix organization. Although this is a technical role, you will work as an integrated part of our commercial team. You will be responsible for driving our work on digital platforms, ensuring that we stay at the forefront, especially regarding how AI will impact our digital solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach with various front-end solutions and integrations. You must have strong analytical skills but also enjoy taking the lead in execution. We, as a team, succeeds when Flokk succeeds.

• Responsible for operations related to Flokk's digital front-end solutions. 
• Ensure that our digital platforms operate according to our policies. 
• Manage integrations between ERP and third-party providers 
• Project management: lead projects for new functionality and technical solutions. 
• Develop new functionality for our digital platforms in collaboration with external development team 
• Act as the primary contact person for our external development team managing our platform. 
• Stay up to date with technical developments, particularly regarding AI’s impact on our business. 
• Technical responsibility for digital solutions, such as The Flokk Hub (our Dealer portal and quotation tool). 
• Identify opportunities, customize, and develop synergies between Flokk’s digital solutions. 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical development or equivalent experience. 
• 5 years of work experience in a relevant field. 
• Proven experience as a project manager, with a strong understanding of digital development projects. 
• Industry experience is not required. 
• Experience as a consultant is a plus, particularly if you have gained project management skills through consultancy work. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage. 
• Strong data-driven and analytical skills.
