We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead to join our client’s team in Asker for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in shaping the financial success of large-scale energy projects while leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of all financial reporting and controlling aspects of the project.
• Lead and develop your team by fostering an environment of empowerment, delegation, and coaching.
• Oversee financial governance, project forecasts, and budgets, ensuring top-quality deliverables from the controlling team.
• Be the driving force behind the quarterly forecast process, from planning to execution.
• Ensure full compliance with internal and external regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
• Deliver top-notch financial reporting to clients, the Project Management Team, and the Finance department.
• Play a key role in tendering and change management processes.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while actively seeking opportunities to enhance project profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.

Experience:

• Solid background in project controlling for large-scale EPC projects.

• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
