Our logistics team currently consists of 6 employees. Our employees are central to the success and reputation Altus Intervention has built up over the years of operating safely, efficiently and with the very best of teamwork and attitude.

Partner with the best

As a Logistic Coordinator, you will plan and organize logistics and shipment activities on site at Baker Hughes, Stavanger, Norway.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Booking transportation, shipment and freight forwarding
• Establishing shipment documentation according to requirements (incl. list of content, pro-forma invoice, freight documents, customs documents, Dangerous goods documents, manifests, etc)
• Managing on- and offloading of goods and final inspection of load carriers and securing of load/ goods
• Managing declaration of goods, goods receipt and incoming inspection (incl. inspection of documentation)
• Conducting Internal logistics including fork lift operations
• Managing the organization and control of yard area (incl cleaning, tidiness and waste management)
• Updating records on SAP of internal logistics, and equipment transfers between installations and bases
• Picking and packing of goods/equipment according to shipment plans and internal work orders; managing organization and storage of equipment/ parts/ consumables

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Trade certificate within warehouse and logistics and relevant proven experience
• Have a Fork lift certificate (T3/ T4/ T8)
• Have proven experience with the use of ERP-systems for logistics and warehouse applications and Microsoft applications
• Have experience in dangerous goods management
• Be able to work in teams, as well as independently, well organized and able to work systematically
• Be a competent performer and have the ability to work under pressure
• Have excellent verbal and writing skills in Norwegian and English
