Olivia Ole Bulls plass is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and help develop our kitchen staff, maintain a fantastic work environment, and ensure we deliver top-quality dishes inspired by Italy's culinary traditions.
What we’re looking for:
Olivia Ole Bulls plass needs a motivated, ambitious, structured, and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a high-paced kitchen environment.
As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team, so it’s essential that you are an excellent relationship builder and enjoy team-building activities.
Your role:
Be a role model for the team, leading by example and inspiring others.
The Sous Chefs are responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and should, together with the Head Chef, ensure that the Chefs, Pizza Chefs, and Kitchen Assistants are producing and preparing food according to our high-quality standards.
Develop your team through training and motivation, creating a supportive and professional work atmosphere.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to train, support, and develop the team, ensuring each member thrives and grows in their role.
Qualifications we’re looking for:
Experience from a professional kitchen with a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
High professional standards with a focus on quality and consistency.
A can-do attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
High personal integrity – you are a role model both on and off the job.
