A key part of our business is planning and delivering excursions for Fred. Olsen Cruise Ships visiting Norway, creating unforgettable experiences rooted in nature, culture, and local history. We are looking for an engaged and creative consultant to join our Shore Tours department. We specialize in providing unique and memorable excursions for cruise tourists visiting Norway. With extensive experience and strong industry relationships, we strive to craft tailor-made experiences that leave our customers with memories for a lifetime.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and pricing land-based excursions for cruise calls in Norway
- Collaborating with local suppliers
- Ensuring high-quality delivery of excursions and customer experiences
- Negotiating agreements and pricing with suppliers
- Staying updated on products and tailormade unique experiences for cruise passengers through fam trips and workshops
- Contributing to the further development of our product in close collaboration with the team
- The position requires evening, weekend, and holiday work while our cruise ships are in Norway to ensure a successful operation of our excursions.

Qualifications:
- Experience from a tour operator or travel related industry, preferably with a focus on group travel, as well as experience in event management
- Financial understanding and experience with budget management
- Strong IT and system competency
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
