Then, join our team as a Financial Controller Trainee. At our office in Bergen, you will join a team of local and international colleagues within finance and controlling. 


Your responsibilities and tasks

As our Financial Controller Trainee, you will be a key member of the team focusing on providing data through modern tools such as Power BI, SQL and Open AI.
You will analyze the data to understand what is behind the data and identify important information and make it understandable and concise for your stakeholders. 

Your profile and qualifications

We think that you are a detail-oriented person. Someone who meets deadlines and can consistently deliver high-quality work. We think that the opportunity to work in an international work environment appeals to you. As a person you can work independently in collaboration with colleagues, and you bring a proactive attitude to the team. You like to identify, evaluate and share information with your colleagues and have a strong interest in how to use tools to support you in this process.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:

•    A master’s degree in finance, economy or business administration. We do accept a bachelor's degree candidate who has the skillset and mindset needed to deliver on the responsibilities and tasks described.
•    Some experience with AI-tools
•    Good analytical skills
•    Enough English to give reports and written communication, present, and discuss your findings orally
