Business Development Representative (BDR) – Findable
📍Location: Oslo (Hybrid, in-person preferred)
👤Reports to: Head of Sales
Findable is building the next-generation AI platform for real estate compliance and operations. We closed our Series A funding in late 2024, backed by the world-class investors at Point Nine, and are on a high-growth journey to scale across Europe.
Our vision? To build a rocket ship from Norway and become the category leader in AI-powered building documentation.
Our SaaS platform helps real estate owners and facility managers ensure compliance, reduce risk, and increase efficiency by making critical building information easy to find and use.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial team and help drive Findable’s growth. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone eager to launch their career in sales, learn from an experienced team, and grow within a fast-scaling company.
🚀 Find & Connect with Potential Customers
- Identify and research prospects using Findable’s internal lists, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
🎯Â Qualify Leads & Book Meetings
- Assess if leads match our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Schedule meetings for our Account Executives (AEs).
- Work towards a target of 20+ booked and completed meetings per month.
📊Â Keep Things Organized & Improve Our Sales Process
- Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Analyze outreach performance and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize our approach.

- Participate in training sessions to level up your skills.
- Gain hands-on experience in SaaS sales and business development.

🌍Â Fluent in Norwegian & English (Norwegian required)
📍Â Based in Oslo (Hybrid work setup, but we love in-person collaboration)

💰Â Competitive salary & commission (Base: 492,000 NOK, OTE: 646,000 NOK).
