Ensuring a secure and stable Network environment we take care of all the essential needs of our clients providing a solid backbone to their IT infrastructure. We manage and develop the installed base and offer a wide variety of service offerings to always deliver value to our customers' business needs.

Your contributions:

As a Team Lead Network Operation, you will:

• Lead, support and develop a team of specialized Network Engineers.
• Review incoming tickets, assign priorities, and distribute workload effectively.
• Identify needs and lead efforts in developing department and team deliveries.
• Identify training requirements and provide coaching to team members.
• Suggest optimizations to enhance IT performance and prevent future problems.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments or other stakeholders to solve customer issues efficiently.
• Participate in candidate interviews to ensure the right skillset when recruiting team members.

• Ensure thorough documentation of processes and maintain service records.

• Strong Norwegian and English communication and language skills
• Thrive in a dynamic high pace environment with shifting priorities.
• Self-sustained in daily tasks.
• Ability to set direction and guide team members.
• Obtained strong Network Operation skills and preferably obtain certification and work experience with vendors like Cisco, Check Point, Junipeer, Paolo Alto.
