Team Leader - Spare Parts Sales

We are seeking a Team Leader for Spare Parts Sales within our Handling/Deck Machinery division. You will manage a team of Spare Parts Sales Engineers responsible for quoting and delivering spare parts to our customers worldwide. This role involves close cooperation with colleagues across Kongsbergs global service network and other functions like purchasing, manufacturing and engineering.

Your role is split between being a manager for the team and managing your own customer requests. As our Team Leader for Spare Part Sales, you show good leadership skills while being service oriented towards our customers. Key accountabilities

• Manage and develop your team, including training, performance reviews, and continuous follow-up.

• Monitor the teams overall responsiveness and delivery performance and help the team to reach the agreed targets.

• Respond to customer requests for spare parts.
• Handle customer orders, ensuring quality checks on prices and delivery times.
• Support customers while balancing their needs with the companys interests.
• Coordinate with other Kongsberg Maritime departments to ensure order delivery.

Qualifications and experience

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and company interests.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments.
• Technical knowledge of Deck Machinery products is an advantage, but not a requirement
