ENRX in Skien is looking for a Control Systems Manager to join our R&D department.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a small team of skilled and motivated people developing embedded control systems for our induction heating products. Key focus areas are team leadership, project execution, development process, and fostering innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development or embedded electronics, combined with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

At our premises in Skien, you will be close to the entire value chain with everything from development to production.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Team leadership and development
• Resource management and planning
• Software development process and quality
• Electronics development process and quality
• Project execution

Required education and experience:

• MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cybernetics or similar
• 5+ years of experience in software development or embedded systems design
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and R&D projects
• Experience with modern development practices
• Understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
