FP&A Manager with interest in Investor Relations

HydrogenPro has an ambitious global growth strategy and is seeking a proactive person to strengthen their team as a FP&A Manager. As FP&A Manager you will be working with a wide range of tasks, and you will play an important part in ensuring a profitable scale up of the company. Part of the job will also involve tasks related to Investor Relations.

Areas of responsibility 

• lead the dynamic forecasting process at the group level, including performance review and deviation analysis  
• support project managers to ensure high-quality execution and financial oversight
• contribute to quarterly reporting
• develop investor materials and presentations, conducting financial analyses to support quarterly and annual reporting, investor meetings, and market communications
• assess risks, opportunities, and financial impact within projects to drive informed strategic decisions
• analyze and prepare business cases to guide strategic investment decisions for group management and the board
• ensure strict cost control through accurate tracking, reporting, and financial oversight
• conduct ad hoc analysis and process improvements to enhance reporting, forecasting and decision-making 

Qualifications

• university degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• minimum 5-7 years relevant experience from FP&A/Business Controlling, preferably combined with audit, investment banking or consulting experience
• interest in Investor Relations, relevant experience is not required 
• strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Power BI is an advantage
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
