What You’ll Do

🔹 Ensure High-Quality Financial Reporting

Develop and enhance financial reporting by leveraging strong system expertise and analytical skills.

🔹 Support the Monthly Closing Process

Play a key role in month-end and year-end closing, with a strong focus on automation and process efficiency.

🔹 Drive Automation & Efficiency

Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and accounting processes, using technology to make data work smarter and faster.

🔹 Leverage Tech & Analytics

Use your expertise in Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools to conduct financial analysis, create reports, and provide insights that drive decision-making.

🔹 Post-Merger Integration

Support post-merger finance activities, including ERP integration, legal entity mergers, and reconciliations.

🔹 Develop and Strengthen Internal Controls

Design and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Your Role & Team

In this role, you’ll work 50/50 across the Controlling & Analytics team and the Accounting team, giving you broad exposure to both financial analysis and core accounting processes. It’s a great opportunity to develop a well-rounded financial skill set while working in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

• Accounting, audit or financial controlling background during 2-3 years
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment where agility and adaptability are key.
• You have a strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and transactional finance.
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working with ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel at an advanced level.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and understanding of data modelling is a plus
• You enjoy problem-solving and proactively driving improvements in financial processes.
• You’re a team player who collaborates well with stakeholders across the organization.

  Our Hiring Process:

  1. Intro Chat: A quick conversation with recruiting manager to get to know you and for you to learn about us and the role (approx. 30 minutes)
  2. Alva Labs Tests: Prior to your 1st interview, we ask you to complete Personality and Ability tests through Alva Labs, we use these as a tool to get to know you better
  3. Meet & Greet: Meet with your future manager to dive deeper into your experience and discuss the role (approx. 60 minutes).
  4. Case interview: A case assignment to assess your skills and expertise further, and of course another chance for you to get to know us better! (approx. 1 hour)
  5. Team Chat: A casual chat to wrap things up, get to know your future team members, and make sure we’re a perfect match (approx. 30 minutes).
