Our Department in Stavanger is now looking for a Time Report Analyst.

What will you be doing?

• Key person in the improvement and digitalization of work processes within time registration
• Follow-up on payment certificates with suppliers
• Collaboration with P&O, finance and management
• Advisory role in the network

We think you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or other relevant education
• Relevant experience from similar work, extensive and relevant experience can compensate for the lack of higher education
• Knowledge of laws and collective agreements regarding working hours and wages is an advantage
• Good system understanding and familiarity with MS software
• Knowledge with SAP is preferred but not required
• Independent, efficient, and structured
• Have a detailed and analytical approach
• Service-minded and willing to learn
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
