Are you our new Coordinator?

We’re looking for someone with sales experience who thrives in customer service, has a passion for tech, and enjoys working in a structured and organized way. If you’re driven, solution-oriented, and eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

We help large organizations, the public sector and resellers of consumer electronics to become more circular in the way they think and act. To be specific, we provide our partners and customers with different services that help them to manage mobile phones, computers and other tech devices in a way that is both cost-efficient and sustainable. We call it Circular Tech.

Your responsibilities

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their IT asset disposition needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Additionally, you will:

• Support the sales team and the account managers.

• Follow up existing clients and find new potential clients.

• Attend client meetings.

• Organize local and global collections.

• Generate reports and maintain accurate records of IT asset disposition activities.

• Coordinate deliverables with external partners and subcontractors.

• Various ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team and business operations.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can structure, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additionally, you have:

• 2+ years of experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

• Experience with sales, including working with both new and existing customers.

• A structured and organized with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience working in Multicase, ServiceNow and Salesforce is an advantage.
