Commercial Development Lead/Manager

As a commercial development manager you will work with the whole organization in developing good commercial models for sales, projects, procurement and after market to mitigate risk, create predictability and prepare the ground for good efficient project execution. You will be involved in contract, frame agreement development and negotiations with both customers and suppliers and follow-up on claims to find solutions. In addition you will be part of developing new business opportunities and models ensuring the commercial aspect. You will also work to ensure adherence to compliance systems on a company wide level.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of SEAONICS commercial power throughout the project, product and service life-cycle from sales phase, through project and to after market
- In collaboration with Sales ensuring risk mitigation in contracts
- In collaboration with Project and Operations ensure good contract management, frame/strategic agreements and implementation with key partners to ensure competitive execution and supply chain
- In collaboration with Global Service and Upgrades develop and implement service agreements according to customer and SEAONICS needs
- Handle larger claims and claim processes in collaboration with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance systems and procedures are in place for the various functions and processes
- Drive commercialization of new service based offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor or masters degree within relevant field (financial, legal or technical) and 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Proven track record from similar processes and tasks and achieve commercial results.
- Experience from project driven organizations with after market
