Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to play a key role in advancing decarbonization initiatives and fleet performance optimization. In this role, you’ll drive projects that enhance efficiency, reduce emissions, and support our commitment to a greener future. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive decarbonization projects by researching, implementing, and monitoring initiatives that reduce emissions and improve fleet efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to drive operational improvements
• Assist in the development and implementation of ESG and sustainability reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental targets
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the maritime industry to recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Marine, Mechanical, or Naval Architecture)
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in shipping, shipbuilding, or vessel improvement projects
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, classification standards, and safety protocols
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures
• Strong IT skills. Experience with and fleet performance systems is preferrable
• Experience working within a structured project methodology is preferable
