Job Purpose
- Partner with GBU/REMS HSE teams to implement HSE management system, processes, & programs in the region in compliance; with the requirements established by TechnipFMC, relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and applicable regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and continually improve the Global HSE management system, processes, and compliance programs for suitability & effectiveness; to minimize HSE risk exposure and enhance HSE performance
- Support the activities/ programs/ initiatives that contribute to the achievement of Global HSE and HSE Management System & Compliance objectives, and alignment strategies
Job description
- Execution of HSE management system & compliance related activities, and the management of HSE certifications in the country (MR/ Audit program / Certification Audits)
- Primary activities include: Providing HSE-technical expertise, support, and guidance to the organization through assessing, establishing, implementing, and continually improving HSE systems, processes, and programs
- Partner with GBU/REMS HSE teams to carry out activities to meet TechnipFMC, & regulatory compliance and support, improving its' effectiveness on a continual basis
- Participate (may be appointed as a Lead) in the Global/Regional/Local Network/ Workgroup for HSE management system- & compliance related improvement efforts
- Provide expertise & support to GBU/REMS HSE for a new site in the region to achieve compliance/ certification to ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 standards, including withdrawal
You are meant for this job if
- Master's degree in related discipline, or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years' working experience (relevant and longer experience may outweigh educational requirements)
- Lead Auditor (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) from a recognized service provider
- Good knowledge & experience with local HSE regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge & experience with the implementation of effective HSE management system, processes & compliance/ regulatory requirements in the project(s) or workplace(s)
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Experience with Project Management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, vertically and horizontally, within the organization
- Demonstrate capability (i.e. experience) of working with cross-functional teams from different locations/ countries/ geographical areas
Skills
- NEBOSH/ CSP/ CSHO or other equivalent HSE certifications/ qualifications
- Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian
