Task and responsibilities

• Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation).
• Implement and operationalize new agreements.
• Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs.
• Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers.
• Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company.
• Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk (SSU, commercial, financial, local requirements).
• Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative (CR) and Contract Owner (CO).
• Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line
