On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Contract Lead IT Procurement

Job Description:

• A Contract Lead is responsible for Company’s procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements.
• Holds the mandate to legally commit the Company to suppliers. Here you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks, through:

• Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)
• Implement and operationalize new agreements
• Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs

• Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers
• Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company
• Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk (SSU, commercial, financial, local requirements)
• Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative (CR) and Contract Owner (CO)
• Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line
