Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Keyser Social Oslo. The ideal candidate will have a background in Asian cuisine, a genuine passion and interest for Asian flavors, coupled with leadership skills and a creative approach to menu development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control, ensuring consistency and excellence.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting growth and professional development among kitchen staff.

• Manage kitchen inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.

• Work closely with management to achieve business goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of fostering a high-performing kitchen team.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.

• Heart for Asian cuisine

• Creativity and passion for delivering unique, high-quality dishes that align with the Keyser Social brand.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.

• A culinary degree or equivalent certification is an advantage.
