Service Project Manager

Are you ready to take ownership of complex service projects and drive them to success? Were looking for a skilled Service Project Manager to join our team! 
 
In this role, youll be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of your own projects, ensuring they meet technical requirements and deliverables on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Youll play a key role in overseeing installations managed by Customer Support, ensuring smooth execution in line with contract commitments. With a strong focus on time, cost, quality, and P&L, youll be instrumental in exceeding customer expectations and delivering results

What you will be doing 

• Take lead and collaborate with technical advisors, engineers, service coordinators, products responsible, supply chain and After Market sales and After Market Projects to meet customer needs and secure KM commercial interests. 

• Responsible for designated customer portfolio and the economical result in own project portfolio. 

• Hold extensive General product knowledge for department product portfolio to perform efficient execution of tasks. 

• Take lead and Collaborate with KM network in technical and operational issues. 

• You will be responsible for project handling, all the way from creation of quotation to hand over to invoicing team.  

We think you should have 

• Technical or economical background from college or similar 

• Proven project management skills 

• Fluency in Norwegian and English both verbal and in writing 

• Product experience, product knowledge / Technical knowledge on Kongsberg Maritime systems and 3. Party equipment
