Senior IT Engineer

We are looking for a Sr. IT Engineer with expertise in MS SCCM and Intune to elevate our Customer Operations Team and help us deliver cutting-edge technology and shape the digital future for various industries. In addition to the core responsibilities, the role may also include additional tasks in O365, Windows/Linux, Print, Citrix, Azure, and Application operation and support, based on your experience and expertise.

Your contributions:

As our Sr. IT Engineer, you will:

• Architect, deploy, and support SCCM and Intune solutions for multiple customers.
• Design and manage SCCM application packaging, deployment, patching and drivers.
• Oversee Intune-based policy management, application deployment, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
• Provide expert guidance on cloud and hybrid-cloud transitions related to SCCM and Intune.

Key Tasks

SCCM (Primary Focus)

• Application Packaging & Deployment:Design and implement SCCM application packaging and software deployment across multiple customers.
• Manage software updates, patch management (WSUS), and release management.
• Manage third-party applications updates through SCUP and Patch My PC.
• Maintain and optimize distribution points to ensure efficient software distribution.
• Image Management (Managed Clients & RDS):Create, update, and manage Windows images and Boot Image for Managed Clients and RDS environments.
• Ensure standardized deployment across customer environments.
• Manage Driver Packages, test and enable the OSD for new devices/models.
• Configuration & Maintenance:Implement and manage SCCM infrastructure, including servers, site servers, and distribution points.
• Keep the SCCM infra up to date by upgrading the SCCM version, updating the SCCM client agents and Boot image.
• Work alongside third-party vendors to troubleshoot application and deployment issues.
• Ensure Active Directory Group Policies align with SCCM deployments.

Intune & Endpoint Management

• Manage device policies, Conditional Access, and MAM (iOS & Android).
• Oversee Autopilot, Co-management, and security settings (BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business).
• Ensure smooth integration with Azure AD and Office 365 security.

Azure & Microsoft 365

• Work with Entra, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Enterprise Apps.
• Support cloud security policies, SSO integration, and hybrid-cloud transitions.

Who you are?

• Experienced IT Engineer with deep knowledge of SCCM and Intune, including application packaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Skilled in enterprise IT environments, with hands-on experience managing software distribution, security policies, and cloud/hybrid transitions.
• Familiar with related technologies, such as O365, Windows/Linux, Print, Citrix, Azure, and application support.
• Capable of troubleshooting and optimizing SCCM and Intune solutions across diverse customer environments.

• Fluent in spoken and written English

Formal requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant work experience may compensate for the lack of a degree).
• Proven experience with SCCM and Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in application packaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) are a plus but not required
