Support and Service Manager ROV

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support and Service Manager to lead our service and customer support team.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Establish a Service and Support department. 

• Lead, mentor, and manage the service and support team to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. 

• Maintain close relationships with customers to understand their needs and improve service offerings. 

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service efficiency. 

• Work closely with R&D, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless product support and continuous feedback for product improvement. 

• Eligible to travel worldwide to support customers and clients.  

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in or related fields to electronic, automation or mechanical engineering. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education. 

• Background in maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably within the ROV, offshore, or subsea industry. 

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to subsea and offshore equipment. 

• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
