Balder is seeking experienced and professional Driver/Guides to provide high-quality private tours in Oslo and Bergen. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Norwegian history, culture, and top attractions, along with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, comfortable, and informative private tours for clients.

• Offer engaging storytelling about Norway’s history, culture, and landmarks.

• Drive clients in a luxury vehicle while ensuring the highest standards of service.

• Assist with luggage handling and provide recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local experiences.

• Adapt tours based on client interests, weather conditions, and traffic situations.

• Maintain professionalism and discretion when catering to VIP guests.

Requirements:

• Valid Norwegian driver’s license (Class B or D1) and a clean driving record.

• Kjøreseddel for yrkessjåfører(must have )

• Previous experience as a tour guide or driver/guide in Oslo or Bergen.

• In-depth knowledge of Norwegian history, culture, and attractions.

• Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a plus).
