Arbeidsoppgaver

• Act as the lead Electrical Engineer for projects in the sales stage or execution
• Prepare and review technical specifications for electrical systems, electrical drawings, as well as single-line, block diagrams and cable interconnection lists
• Perform electrical calculations
• Follow up with vendors and coordinate deliverables with other disciplines and suppliers
• Participate in design reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and on-site testing (SAT)
• Follow-up planning dates and milestones
• Prepare installation work descriptions and test procedures
• Comply with the company's HSE guidelines and QA objectives
• Contribute with technical solutions, e.g., to reduce CO2 footprints

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Electrical Engineer
• A formal higher education degree in engineering is preferred
• Experience and knowledge of switchgear, transformers, variable frequency drives (VFDs) and electrical motors preferred
• Familiar with prevailing regulations in Norway or other countries
• Experience with engineering in maintenance and modification projects is a plus
• Experience with automation, instrumentation, and programming is a plus
• Knowledge of ATEX equipment and regulations/standards is a plus
• Good English skills, spoken and written.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• A structured and systematic approach
• Good analytic skills
• Can work both independently and in a team, proactive and focused on project goals
• Solution-oriented and proactive concerning multi-discipline problems.
