Are you passionate about sales enablement, CRM systems, and the future of eMobility? We are looking for a Sales Enablement & CRM Specialist to optimize how our sales teams use Salesforce to drive pre-sales efficiency, customer insights, and commercial success across Europe.
This role is part of the Commercial Enablement team, which works across 9 business units to enhance sales performance by developing strategies, resources, and training programs that help teams achieve their goals and drive commercial excellence. As part of our Commercial Enablement team, you will ensure that our Salesforce platform is a powerful strategic tool for our sales teams, bridging data, insight tools, training, and best practices to accelerate growth in the EV market.
What You’ll Do
Optimize Salesforce CRM for eMobility – Ensure our CRM platform supports seamless pre-sales, and analytics, working closely with IT and commercial teams.
Be the Salesforce SPOC for eMobility – Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all Salesforce-related needs within the eMobility division, ensuring smooth coordination between product teams and technical teams
Improve Reporting & Insights – Work with the Data Team to identify and close data gaps, enabling better forecasting and lead management.
Maximize Best Practice Sharing: Foster collaboration across European markets to scale winning sales tactics and commercial playbooks
Support Salesforce Training Excellence: Own and enhance the Sales Training Development Program, equipping commercial teams across Europe with the skills to sell effectively
Align for Commercial Efficiency: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and local Business Units to ensure a seamless, customer-centric sales approach
What You Bring
3+ Experience in Salesforce CRM, Sales enablement or Business analytics
3+ years of higher education in Business, Social Studies, or another relevant field.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pre-sales workflows, and CRM adoption strategies.
Ability to train, influence, and drive CRM best practices within a commercial team
Excellent communication skills in English (Scandinavian language a plus).
Bonus Skills – Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Pardot, or eMobility/EV solutions is a plus. Experience in B2B sales processes, order fulfillment, or digital product management is highly valued.
