Accounts Administrator / Regnskapsmedarbeider

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with numbers, and have a solution-oriented mindset, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage sales invoices, credit notes, and webshop orders

• Post payment provider receipts (Klarna, Vipps, Shopify, etc.)

• Reconcile customer accounts and post daily customer receipts, including invoice financing transactions

• Manage the group accounts mailbox and handle inquiries

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist finance controllers with daily tasks

• Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations

• Help with audit queries and ad hoc financial tasks

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

• Background in accounting principles (including foreign currency) through education or work experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel is preferred

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
