International Business Developer
Designing and setting up scaffolds has traditionally been a "manual" task based on experience. NTI SCAFFPLANNER simplifies, streamlines, and digitizes this work in a completely unique way. Scaffolds are used for new construction and maintenance of buildings, offshore installations, and other customized situations. Work that used to take hours and days can now be done in minutes, and changes are just as easy.
NTI SCAFFPLANNER was developed by our employees in Norway. The product’s success and the versatility it demonstrates mean that NTI Group will take it out to our offices internationally. We have a strong market position and a large customer base. The product will focus on this, but new customer groups will also benefit greatly from this solution. The competitive situation is manageable, and because our existing customers are among the largest market players, the position has an excellent foundation for success.
About the Position
As a business developer, you will be responsible for driving and developing the global sales of NTI SCAFFPLANNER. You will build and develop relationships with both new and existing customers in collaboration with local sales departments. As we together develop market opportunities, you will be a key player in our international growth strategy.

We are looking for a results-oriented and self-driven colleague with experience in international sales. You are motivated by building relationships, driving sales processes, and creating value for your customers.
Responsibilities and selected work tasks:
Map the market situation in countries where the NTI Group is represented in collaboration with local sales resources
Develop business plans and prioritize sales opportunities
Lead and execute sales processes
Establish and maintain customer relationships with contractors, scaffold suppliers, and major players in the construction industry globally
Further develop the commercialization of NTI SCAFFPLANNER in collaboration with the product development
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with international sales, preferably within software (SaaS), IT solutions, or from the construction industry
Familiarity with BIM, Autodesk Revit, or similar digital tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
Good cultural understanding and ability to create collaboration across borders
Ability to understand complex sales cycles and adapt to different markets
Broad experience with contract negotiations
Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones
Fluent in English is a requirement. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage

The position is primarily located in Sandvika, but business-related travel must be expected. Working language is English, but we mainly speak Norwegian in the offices in Norway. The position reports to the COO.
