Are you our new Senior Project Manager?

At Curida, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing manufacturing of new products to deliver the targeted growth. 

Curida offers development services and contract manufacturing for liquid sterile and non-sterile pharmaceuticals. Core competences are BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) and nasal spray products. Our customers range from small Norwegian development companies to the global top 10 pharma companies. As one of the few pharmaceutical manufacturers in Norway, we take great pride in the meaningful and vital work we do every day. 

To lead our customer-related projects, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a relevant background, a genuine interest in project management, and the ability to develop strong customer relationships, products, and internal teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Leading pharmaceutical development and tech transfer projects – ensuring smooth execution from planning to production. 

• Acting as point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project success together with rest of the Curida team. 

• Supporting Business Development and Request for Quotation processes, contributing to proposals and strategic customer discussions. 

• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams working in a matrix organization. 

• Managing timelines, risks, and resources to ensure project goals are met efficiently. 

Your profile: 

• We are looking for a structured and proactive project manager with excellent people and leadership skills. You should also be: 

• Organized & strategic – able to handle complex projects with a clear structure. 

• Collaborative – strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. 

• Solution-driven – quick to identify challenges and develop practical solutions together with both internal and external teams. 

• Business-oriented, driven by achieving great results. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum bachelor's degree in applied science (technical, engineering, life science) 

• Formal project management education or experience from relevant roles/industries. 

• Languages: Norwegian (can be discussed) and full professional proficiency in English 

• The following qualifications are highly beneficial for this role: 

  • Familiarity with regulatory processes and pharmaceutical development/changes.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial production, and pharmaceutical operations. Especially liquid formulations, sterile and non-sterile, nasal spray and BFS products. 

  • Solid understanding of relevant regulations, including GMP.
