We are seeking a 3D Print Engineer to join our Stord team

Job Description: We are seeking a talented 3D Print Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing 3D printing processes, designing and testing prototypes, and collaborating with our engineers to drive innovation in additive manufacturing.

What will you be doing?

• Design, 3D model and develop parts using Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology

• Operate and maintain AM printers to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime

• Conduct research and development to explore new AM opportunities, technologies and materials

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AM processes and efficiency

• Provide technical support and training on AM processes and equipment

We think you should have:

• Strong knowledge of AM processes, tools, and associated data

• Proficiency in CAD software, slicers and other relevant tools

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Technical college or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Computer Aided Design or related field

• Practical experience can supplement or replace formal education
