Your role as General Manager
As our new General Manager, you will lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and success. You will develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire confidence, and your ability to adapt to change will be crucial in shaping the company’s future. In this role, you will also serve as a mentor and coach, developing the next generation of leaders within the organisation.
Main accountabilities include:
- Ensure service delivery, safety, and security compliance per airline contracts, company policies, and international aviation standards
- Monitor performance, provide reports, and liaise with key stakeholders, including airline managers, airport authorities, and regulatory officials
- Lead, develop, and support the team while negotiating contracts and staff agreements
- Maintain compliance with QA & QC programs and promote a safe working environment
Who are you?
We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience in management, operational excellence, and team development. You lead by example, empowering teams through succession planning and process improvement to drive long-term success.
Expertise in logistics, financial management, and P&L accountability is essential to ensuring operational efficiency and delivering measurable results. Your ability to engage key stakeholders—including customers, airport representatives, regulatory bodies, and third-party providers—ensures compliance with SLAs, customer expectations, and local labour legislation. You thrive in dynamic environments, fostering collaboration, optimising productivity, and driving continuous improvement.
