Arbeidsoppgaver

• Planlegging, klargjøring og produksjon av ulike kompositter.
• Håndtering og bruk av innsatsfaktorer og verktøy.
• Testing, kvalitetskontroll og feilsøking, samt bidra til problemløsning.
• Dokumentasjon og rapportering.
• Bidra til å møte våre interne og eksterne kunders forventninger ved å samvittighetsfullt og effektivt planlegge og utføre tildelte arbeidsoppgaver.
• Stillingen kan kreve 2-skifts arbeidstidsordning.
  
  

Kvalifikasjoner og erfaring

• Erfaring fra produksjon er en fordel.
• Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter i norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
• Erfaring eller interesse for forbedringsarbeid.
• Fagbrev i produksjonsteknikk er ønskelig, men ikke et krav.

An exciting opportunity awaits as are looking for a Manufacturing Operator / Skilled Manufacturing Operator at Kongsberg Discovery. In this role, you will be part of the composite element production, and you will be responsible for the production and testing of parts for Kongsberg Discovery's products.

What you will be doing

• Planning, preparation, and production of various composites.
• Handling and use of input factors and tools.
• Testing, quality control, and troubleshooting, as well as contributing to problem-solving.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to meeting our internal and external customers' expectations by conscientiously and efficiently planning and executing assigned tasks.
• The position may require a 2-shift work schedule.
  
  

We think you should have

• Experience in production is an advantage.
• Vocational certificate in production technology is desirable but not required.
• Experience with or interest in improvement work.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
