Responsibilities
Provide technical support to sales and project departments
Design innovative HVAC and refrigeration solutions for ships
Perform energy calculations and system evaluations
Train and mentor new engineers
Ensure “best practice” and standardization in design processes
Represent Teknotherm at trade fairs and conferences
Collaborate with clients, partners, and suppliers
Qualifications
MSc in energy, engineering, or equivalent field
Experience in technical advisory, project management, or technical sales
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of rules and standards for marine/offshore systems
