Join Santander as a Lead in HR Insights!
The People Analytics Lead plays a key role in transforming HR data into strategic insights and ensuring best in class People Analytics practices. The role involves deep diving into HR metrics and reports to optimize data accuracy and efficiency in the Global Master data tool (Workday) and HR dashboards as Data Steward.
Furthermore, the People Analytics Lead will be key user of HR tools, provide training to People & Culture team and leaders on tools and HR metrics, next to leading HR tech projects.
The position reports to Head of HR Operations and the role can be located in either Norway (Oslo or Stavanger), Sweden (Stockholm), Finland (Helsinki) or Denmark (Copenhagen).
Key accountabilities
People Analytics
- Act as Data Steward and perform monthly quality control on all employee data in Workday to comply with global HR Metrics
- Monthly absence and FTE reporting
- Control of People Analytics data in HR dashboards and tools (Power BI, ECHO…)
- Follow-up and respond on People Analytics & Tech inquiries in our HR channels (Common e-mail inbox, SD chat and ServiceNow)
- Workday loads (mass upload of data)
- Create and maintain guides on processes to secure proper management of employee data
- Collaborate and contribute on People & Culture delivery in the bank’s Annual Report and CSRD report
- Reporting of HR metrics to relevant stakeholders upon request
- Lead and/or participate in different People & Culture Analytics or Tech projects
Reward Analytics
- Keep Workday accurate with:
- Up to date org. structure
- Correct job profiles
- Levelling structure, segmentation and management levels
- Monthly update of Internal Benchmark tool
- Annual renewal of Internal Compensation factsheet
- Contribute on the bi-annual activity of Equal Pay GAP and Gender Pay Gap
- Support with the bi-annual assessment of the Corporate and local Material Risk Takers
- Participate in the annual Bonus and Salary review process by creating Master file(s) for HRBPs, Leaders and Union parties
- Participate in audits (internal/external)
KPI Ownership
- Ensure 100% accuracy in recording employee data & absence data in Workday
- Timely fullfilment of data quality controls (Workday, HR Dashboards, ECHO..)
- Timely fullfilment of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Timely fulfillment of EIB uploads and updates of local tools
To thrive in the role as People Analytics Lead at Santander you have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
Furthermore, you have experience with Workday and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit, especially Excel.
As a person you are proactive by nature with strong initiative and are comfortable working both independently and in team, next to meeting deadlines.
The role requires fluency in English and as well fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages. Preferable higher degree in HR, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
