We are now looking for a Tender Manager at our yard in Ågotnes.

As a Tender Manager in Subsea Services, you will take charge of driving the tendering process from start to finish.

At OneSubsea, your role will be key in overseeing tender activities, driving bid success, and managing the process until contract award.

You will then seamlessly pass the project to the execution team, ensuring a smooth handover for successful project delivery.  Operational experience is an advantage.

In this role, you will:

• Lead capture activities and serve as the main point of contact with the client.

• Review client tender requirements, ensuring proposals meet customer needs.

• Facilitate key meetings and engage stakeholders throughout the process.

• Ensure technical specifications align with proposed solutions and plans.

• Manage the clarification process and ensure all open issues are addressed before contract award.

• Assist in the handover to the delivery center to ensure project success.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in technical or commercial subjects

• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management

• Excellent communication and cooperation skills (Fluent in English, both written and oral)

• Strong commercial understanding and drive for success

• Self-driven with decisive decision-making ability

• Foundational knowledge of the tendering process

• Operational experience is an advantage.
