Job DescriptionWe are looking for a driven Digitalization Advisor with a "can do" attitude to join our dynamic ITC team. In this role, you will oversee various IT projects across different departments at Statkraft, acting as the bridge between business and IT. Our mission is to drive digitalization efforts, improve corporate support processes through IT systems, and empower employees and managers with data-driven insights.
As a Digitalization Advisor, you will work closely with and support our VP ITC in designing and executing strategic plans and activities. This ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards while also contributing to the strategic direction of our IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level project plans and charters including project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Map and manage stakeholders including creating stakeholder management and change management plans and provide comprehensive communication and status updates to relevant stakeholders regularly
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on establishing a solid business case and advising on architecture, procurement, and system management principles
- Implement IT governance modules for Agile, AI, data, architecture, and procurement principles
- Support strategic plan development and create training materials and service catalogues
The ITC department at Statkraft acts as a business partner and enabler for various corporate functions, including Strategy & Analysis, Sustainability, Corporate Politics, Corporate Communications, HSSE, HR, and Legal. The department is responsible for setting up digitalization roadmaps, starting projects, enabling system selections, and ensuring proper application lifecycle management.
QualificationsWe are looking for a Digitalization Advisor with the right mindset and skills to help our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Higher education at university level
- Experience in IT consulting or similar roles in global industrial/energy companies
- Project or product management experience
- Ability to connect business needs with IT solutions and transform strategies into deliverables
- Interest in digitalization trends and technologies (e.g., AI, data platforms, process automation, UX etc.)
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A drive to push initiatives forward, whether as a project lead or resource
Personal Skills:
- Proactive and flexible
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, preferably Norwegian
