Are you our next key player in global planning optimization?
Airthings is a market leader in Indoor Air Quality and last year we shipped more than 320 000 devices to our customers. We are currently searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team! You will play an important role in our global planning optimization by reviewing sales forecasts, inventory levels and production planning. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with many internal and external stakeholders, and gain exposure to a broad range of business processes within sales and operations planning.
Key responsibilities:
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of components.
Oversee component inventory at production sites.
Ensure a smooth flow of products and components through the ERP system.
Prepare internal approval documents for production order placement and arrange the ordering of additional products.
Manage sales forecast documentation and verify demand input against historical data, seasonality, promotional plans, and market changes.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, hardware) to align on priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications needed:
Bachelor's degree in economics, purchasing, or a related field.
Good Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers.
Fluent in English.
It's a bonus if you have experience working in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics, and if you know your way around Visma.net or other ERP systems.
