Area Sales Manager - Spares
Are you a customer-oriented sales manager looking for your next challenge? Join our Spare Parts sales team at Neuver Maritime and play a key role in increasing our Spare part sales!
In this role, you will be responsible for proactive spare part sales for a defined area and providing spare part recommendations to our sailing fleet prior to dockings or other maintenance work.
You will also be responsible for new opportunities with existing and “lost” customers and secure efficient handling of opportunities in collaboration with the wider Neuver organization. Through a proactive nature and ability to find optimal solutions, you are contributing to a positive result for the company.

Key Accountabilities
- Efficient handling of spare part inquiries and orders for a defined area. Typically, but not limited to opportunities within categories like major overhauls and docking.
- Cooperate with the broader sales team in relation to proactive maintenance planning, upgrades etc.
- Secure efficient handling of inquiries and orders through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Keep customer updated on ongoing/pending inquiries and orders.
- Cooperate with customer support in relation to service attendance.
- Travelling for customer meetings will be expected.
- Proactively recommend customers our product offerings within Spares
Qualifications and experience
- University or business education. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of higher education
- Experience within sales in an international / maritime environment
- Experience with customer negotiation, sales and commercial processes
- A highly dynamic strong personal drive, used to taking own initiatives and being pro-active
- Master Norwegian and English fluently both written and orally
- Experience and knowledge with ERP and IT tools (Microsoft)
