Service Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will:

· Manage customer inquiries for spare parts and services.

· Handling of sales orders and coordination of deliveries.

· Coordinate field service assignments.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams across our global organization to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

· Utilize your knowledge of maritime solutions to innovate and improve our products and services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with unparalleled support and service, while driving revenue and cash flow improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

· A technical background, preferably with project management experience.

· Technical understanding of rudder and steering gear systems is advantageous.

· Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Baan, is beneficial.

· Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

· Commercial interest and understanding
