Who Are You?
An experienced Chef with a passion for fine-dining and thriving on delivering an exceptional seafood dinner menu.
A professional who values quality, taste, and visual presentation in every dish.
Creative and passionate about seasonal, local ingredients, particularly when it comes to seafood, with a focus on salmon.
Able to create a multi-course menu that changes every two months.
Highly skilled in seafood preparation and knowledgeable about Nordic and French cuisine. Molecular gastronomy skills are a plus.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work with other chefs at the same level.
Someone who engages in storytelling and enjoys interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience.
Organised and able to plan dishes in advance, with a well-presented, professional approach.
Flexible, solution-oriented, and ready to relocate to Lofoten for a permanent position.
Committed to high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.
Fluent in English and/or Norwegian.

What will your role be?
As the Dinner Chef, you will lead the dinner menu and service, ensuring the highest standards for all seafood dishes, with a focus on salmon.
You will collaborate with the team to execute a menu that celebrates local ingredients and fine seafood.
Work closely with a team of high-quality chefs to develop innovative, seasonal menus that showcase the best local ingredients.
Maintain smooth operations during dinner service, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and quality at all always.
Focus on culinary creativity and refinement.
Occasionally interact with guests, sharing the story behind the dishes and enhancing their dining experience.

Fiskarheimen will be a destination that combines fantastic food experiences with Lofoten's unique nature and culture. We are in the start-up phase and look forward to creating a place where both locals and tourists can enjoy good food in a unique atmosphere.

Ure Lodge is in full development to be built as a tourism destination. In 2025, we will open new hotel rooms, restaurant, Smakssmia and a SPA. Our Fisherman's cabin/Rorbu are under renovation and will appear as beautiful and gorgeous. We are in the process of building a comprehensive and a new concept. Fiskarheimen will be the heart of the operation and will have several thousand guests visiting during the summer for breakfast and dinner. Ure Lodge is located in the middle of the majestic and magnificent landscape of Lofoten. Now we are building the team that will help develop Ure Lodge for the future.
