We are seeking D&W / P&A Senior Engineers (10+yrs) and D&W / P&A Engineers (5+yrs) to join our growing team. This role will be vital for planning, designing, and executing our upcoming well abandonment projects.

Key Requirements:

• Plan and execute plug and abandonment operations for platform and subsea wells.
• Develop detailed abandonment programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project design and execution.
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools and techniques for P&A operations.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g. NORSOK D-010) and company procedures.
• Champion safety, quality, and environmental compliance throughout all activities.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in drilling and well operations, ideally from subsea wells as well as experience from P&A activities. For Senior Engineers minimum 10 years experience, and for Engineers with a minimum 5 years 
• Strong understanding of well integrity, abandonment methods, and P&A practices.
• Proficient in well planning software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including NORSOK-D-010.

THREE60 Energy Norway AS was founded in 2011 as Subsurface AS, and in 2015 the name was changed to Ridge. It all started out with two petroleum engineers who wanted to conduct high-quality engineering studies, advice and consultancy, in cooperation with selected professionals within their network. Our founders had a clear vision on how the company should operate and act, which created the foundation for our mission, vision and values. They guide our decisions, how we engage, behave and create values for our people and clients.
We completed the acquisition of Ocean Maxwell in December 2017, adding professionals within the disciplines of subsea and facilities. This enabled us to provide a wider spectrum of services to clients in Norway, Denmark, UK and Singapore. In 2018, we became a part of a globally active group: THREE60 Energy, headquartered in UK. In May 2021, we aligned with the brand of the group and changed our name to THREE60 Energy Norway AS. Today we have offices in Stavanger, Bergen and Oslo.

As of today, THREE60 Energy Norway has a large client portfolio of operators and service companies both in Norway and internationally.
