Head of Supply Chain

Telenor Norway is a well-established company with numerous career and development opportunities. As Head of Strategic Supply Chain, you will join a team of 19 people and play a key role in developing Telenor's supply chain strategy. The department is responsible for Telenor Norway's partners within logistics and warehousing for mobile networks, fiber networks, broadcasting, and customer equipment.

What will you work on? 

• Lead and further develop Telenor Norway's supply chain strategy 

• Develop strategic partnerships that ensure digital, sustainable, and innovative solutions 

• Ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders 

• Proactively manage risk and safeguard Telenor Norway's social responsibility 

• Drive change and continuous improvement to enhance customer experiences and reduce costs 

• Further develop a robust and efficient IT solution that ensures high uptime 

• Secure cost-effective flow of goods and information with agreed quality/service levels for equipment linked to Telenor's infrastructure (mobile, fixed network, broadcasting) and customer equipment (decoders, routers, amplifiers, etc.) in B2B and B2C segments 

Who are we looking for? 

• Have higher education in supply chain, logistics, economics, engineering, or similar fields 

• Preferably have relevant experience as a leader in strategic supply chain management 

• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in supply chain, including analysis, process efficiency, IT tools, and implementation processes 

• Possess strong business understanding 

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to gain support for ideas and proposals 

• Experience in negotiations and stakeholder management 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive improvement processes 

• Familiarity with digital tools and automation within supply chain management
