Join our HR team!

This role offers a varied and exciting workday with a wide range of tasks. You will work in our global Shared Service Center, Astrup Fearnley Solutions, and be part of an engaged and inclusive team of five people. This position is located in Oslo and offers a dynamic environment where no days are the same, and they rarely go as planned.

You must enjoy juggling many tasks, handling quick changes, and prioritizing what is most important. Engagement, trust, and integrity are qualities we value highly, and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute positively to the team and the company.

This is a temporary role for 1 year with the potential to extend.

Your tasks will include:

• Working on recruitment and employer branding

• Participating in HR projects, advising, and supporting in other HR matters

• Helping with the development, operation, and maintenance of HR-related work processes

• Analyzing and using HR data to identify improvement opportunities

• Delivering HR analyses and reports: Developing ongoing and ad-hoc reporting. You will also have the opportunity to explore new data sources and methods to improve reports and insights

• Developing and optimizing digital HR solutions

 
Who are you?

• Higher education in HR or equivalent

• Good relational skills and ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization

• Passionate about recruitment and providing a good candidate experience

• High work capacity and ability to execute tasks

• Analytical skills and solution-oriented

• Experience with analysis tools and digitalization of processes/AI

• Very good presentation skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
